Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. You can return or exchange a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
When you’re ready to return or exchange, contact us at RootedToys@gmail.com with:
- Your name
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
Customers are responsible for return shipping; pre-paid labels are not provided. We recommend tracking on all returns. Rooted Toys is not responsible for returns lost in the mail; customers will not receive refunds for lost returns.
Once your item is received and inspected, your claim will be processed and a refund or replacement will be issued within 14-21 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

We use the Canada Post to deliver our orders.
Order Tracking
Once the tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
